when other people weren't shows up, they can use me as like selfish Attitude

 they get more mail Monday, so they are selecting Monday, but I was sending text message every day but agency declining work

worked only 1 day in February each year since last few years

February is African American month they were not calling other nationality in this month only black people can work

2012 to 2023 each Year I worked when they needed when snowing or road are in bad condition

Answer: Year 2024 follow by month January 13 days' work, February 2024month not using me instead 1 day, March 7days, April 8 days' work before april12 I got a deadly accident on 4-12-2024 (car total loss), Month may not work, June 18 to June 18= 5days worked, July 5 days worked, August every year they do not have a work for temps, September =13 days worked, October 10 days worked, November only 4 week and 4 days worked  (they reduce hors here, No idea why? ) December 6days worked Year 2025 January 9 days worked February 1 day work, March 1 Day work. They might be do not need me because they are selfish, they hire more people recently more people show up at works and also i shows when I worked on 3-3-2025 more people temps doing orientation before training they will going to train new people for April busy hours they will getting more 1040 tax form (IRS Mail) and They need more  so they were given break time for seniors If I am senior working and all other seniors working then they may have not enough for month of march and April busiest hours  They may not have a more chair and staff to do little bit work or they hire more people so they can do training time more work so senior got a day off and new people got a earning more hours and income They were hire More extra people for April peak I'm like to work every day and i sending text message every day but staffing agency not replying to my message if call then they said they have a little work so more people will not show up to work but they were selected very few people company selecting people or staffing agency selecting people " I do not have any idea" March 2024 to February 2025 I wasn't getting unemployment
